How to Apply?
To join the Ballet Getaway, please complete the short application form by clicking on the button below "Apply Now". This helps us make sure The Ballet Getaway is a good fit for you.
If your application is accepted, you’ll receive an email with the next steps to confirm your spot, including submitting your $1000 deposit (remaining balance due by December 15th, 2025). Spots are limited, so we recommend completing your application as soon as possible.
All meals and activities will be held in a stunning villa in Sedona, which will serve as our shared retreat space.
For the shared rooms (7 available spots), beds are not pre-assigned. Upon arrival, participants will be able to choose their bed based on personal preference and connection with fellow dancers.

Booking & Payments
• Spaces are limited and allocated following the application process.
• Your reservation is secured only after your application is accepted AND we receive your $1000 deposit.
• Once accepted, deposits must be submitted within 7 days to hold your spot. If payment is not received within this timeframe, your place may be released. Please let us know if you need an extension for the deposit deadline
• The deposit is non-refundable except exceptional circumstances such as extreme illness or injury. In that case, we can offer a full refund minus the payment provider fee (around 2%).
• The remaining balance must be paid in full by December 15th, 2025. If payment is not received by this date, your place may be released.
Eligibility
• The Ballet Getaway is open to female dancers aged 18 and above.
• The retreat involves daily movement classes and activities; please ensure you feel prepared for several days of dance and physical activity.
• By registering, you confirm that you are fit to participate.
Cancellations & Refund Policy
• If you need to cancel before December 1st, 2025, you may transfer your spot to another participant with prior approval from us.
• After this date, no transfers are possible.
• Refunds do not extend to other costs such as flights, transportation, or accommodation.
Travel & Insurance
• Retreat pricing does not include flights, airport transfers, or travel documents (passports, visas, etc.).
• Participants are responsible for making their own travel arrangements to and from Sedona.
• Transportation from Phoenix Airport to Sedona is not included in the retreat price.
Participants may book the recommended shuttle service (approx. $60 each way) separately.
• We strongly recommend travel insurance that covers cancellations, health emergencies, and personal property.
Health & Safety
• All activities are undertaken at your own risk.
• If you are managing a minor injury or illness, you are welcome to participate but accept responsibility for your own limits.
• Should you become unwell or unable to continue safely, the organizers may ask you to pause or sit out activities for your protection.
• Faculty may provide light, hands-on corrections to assist with alignment. If you prefer not to receive physical adjustments, please let us know in advance.
Group Conduct
• We ask all dancers to treat one another with kindness and respect.
• If behavior is disruptive or negatively affects the group experience, we reserve the right to withdraw participation. Refunds in such cases will be at the discretion of the organizers.
Personal Belongings
• Please take care of your valuables and personal items during the retreat.
• Londonne Dance LLC is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to belongings.
Media & Photography
• Photos and videos may be taken during classes and activities for use in future retreat promotion.
• By joining, you agree to the possibility of appearing in such media unless you request otherwise in writing before the retreat.
• All media content is the property of Londonne Dance LLC.
Unforeseen Circumstances
• If circumstances beyond our control (such as extreme weather, illness, or government restrictions) affect the retreat, we will provide fair alternatives such as rescheduling, partial credit, or other reasonable solutions.
• We will always act in good faith to minimize disruption and inconvenience.
Legal
• The Ballet Getaway is organized by Londonne Dance LLC.
• These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA.
• By registering, you agree that any disputes will be handled exclusively within Wyoming courts.
Agreement
By submitting your application, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Your spot is only confirmed once your deposit has been received.
