The Ballet Getaway: Sedona Winter 2026

Reserve Your Spot
To secure your place at the Ballet Getaway, a $1000 deposit is required at the time of booking. Deposits are non-refundable, and the remaining balance is due by December 1st, 2025. Your booking is confirmed once your deposit has been received.
All meals and activities will be held in a stunning villa in Sedona, which will serve as our shared retreat space.
A second nearby villa will be used for additional sleeping accommodations.
Transportation will be provided each morning and evening so that all dancers stay connected for every part of the retreat.
For the shared rooms (12 available spots), beds are not pre-assigned. Upon arrival, participants will be able to choose their bed based on personal preference and connection with fellow dancers.

Booking & Payments
β’ Spaces are limited and will be confirmed on a first-come basis.
β’ Your reservation is secured once we receive your $1000 deposit.
β’ The deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances.
β’ The remaining balance must be paid in full by December 1, 2025. If payment is not received by this date, your place may be released.
Eligibility
β’ The Ballet Getaway is open to female dancers aged 18 and above.
β’ The retreat involves daily movement classes and activities; please ensure you feel prepared for several days of dance and physical activity.
β’ By registering, you confirm that you are fit to participate.
Cancellations & Refund Policy
β’ Deposits are strictly non-refundable.
β’ If you need to cancel before October 1, 2025, you may transfer your spot to another participant with prior approval.
β’ After this date, no transfers or refunds are possible.
β’ Refunds do not extend to other costs such as flights, transportation, or accommodation.
Travel & Insurance
β’ Retreat pricing does not include flights, airport transfers, or travel documents (passports, visas, etc.).
β’ Participants are responsible for making their own travel arrangements to and from Sedona.
β’ Transportation from Phoenix Airport to Sedona is not included in the retreat price.
Participants may book the recommended shuttle service (approx. $60 each way) separately.
β’ We strongly recommend travel insurance that covers cancellations, health emergencies, and personal property.
Health & Safety
β’ All activities are undertaken at your own risk.
β’ If you are managing a minor injury or illness, you are welcome to participate but accept responsibility for your own limits.
β’ Should you become unwell or unable to continue safely, the organizers may ask you to pause or sit out activities for your protection.
β’ Faculty may provide light, hands-on corrections to assist with alignment. If you prefer not to receive physical adjustments, please let us know in advance.
Group Conduct
β’ We ask all dancers to treat one another with kindness and respect.
β’ If behavior is disruptive or negatively affects the group experience, we reserve the right to withdraw participation. Refunds in such cases will be at the discretion of the organizers.
Personal Belongings
β’ Please take care of your valuables and personal items during the retreat.
β’ Londonne Dance LLC is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to belongings.
Media & Photography
β’ Photos and videos may be taken during classes and activities for use in future retreat promotion.
β’ By joining, you agree to the possibility of appearing in such media unless you request otherwise in writing before the retreat.
β’ All media content is the property of Londonne Dance LLC.
Unforeseen Circumstances
β’ If circumstances beyond our control (such as extreme weather, illness, or government restrictions) affect the retreat, we will provide fair alternatives such as rescheduling, partial credit, or other reasonable solutions.
β’ We will always act in good faith to minimize disruption and inconvenience.
Legal
β’ The Ballet Getaway is organized by Londonne Dance LLC.
β’ These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA.
β’ By registering, you agree that any disputes will be handled exclusively within Wyoming courts.
Agreement
By submitting your deposit and completing payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
