Intermediate Ballet Intensive Training

Inside the Intensive: Expanding Technique & Artistry

Designed for intermediate adult dancers beyond the beginner stage who want to refine their foundation while exploring more complex skills, artistry, and movement quality. This program builds on your technique and challenges you to expand both physically and artistically.

With Jordan’s professional guidance, you’ll strengthen your technique, develop artistry through port de bras and musicality, and gain experience in repertoire and pointe work, all within a supportive but focused environment.

Intensive Breakdown:
  • Comprehensive Technical Breakdown: complete class structure (barre & center work) taught with step-by-step clarity
  • Skilled Focus: targeted lessons on core elements (pirouettes, balances, jumps) for a deeper understanding
  • Pointe Work: strong foundational exercises to build strength, alignment, and safe technique for advancing pointe skills
  • Conditioning & Stretching for safe strength, mobility, and flexibility
  • Repertoire/ Variation: learn an excerpt from a classical ballet to apply technique, artistry, and stage presence
  • Artistry & Port de Bras: explore musicality, coordination, and expressive use of the upper body
  • Performance Confidence: tools to retain choreography and project presence in the studio and on stage

This is perfect for:

  • Adults at an intermediate level who wish to build upon the basics.
  • Adults who want to understand ballet technique in depth, not just copy steps.
  • Dancers who appreciate individual corrections and hands-on detail.
  • Those looking to build strength, flexibility, and body awareness safely.
  • Anyone who wants a supportive, judgment-free training space.

This is not for:

  • Beginners with less than 2 years of experience.
  • Dancers looking for casual, drop-in style fitness or a relaxed workshop.
  • Those unwilling to practice ballet etiquette, discipline, and consistent focus.
  • Students resistant to feedback or to slowing down for precision and detail.
