Adult Beginner Ballet Intensive Training

Inside the Intensive: Detailed Technical Breakdown

Designed for adult beginners (or returning dancers) who want crystal-clear fundamentals without rushing. Expect a welcoming pace with step-by-step explanations, targeted drills, and plenty of time to ask questions and feel the work in your body.

With Jordan’s professional guidance, you’ll build a strong foundation through precise alignment, placement, and clean mechanics so every class after this feels easier and more rewarding.

Intensive Breakdown:
  • Comprehensive Technical Breakdown: complete class structure (barre & center work) taught with step-by-step clarity
  • Skilled Focus: targeted lessons on core elements (pirouettes, balances, jumps) for a deeper understanding
  • Conditioning & Stretching for safe strength, mobility, and flexibility
  • Repertoire/ Variation: learn an excerpt from a classical ballet to apply technique & feel the stage experience
  • Movement quality: musicality, coordination & clean transitions
  • Confidence tools for remembering combinations & improving presence

This is perfect for:

  • Adult beginners or returning dancers who want clear, patient instruction.
  • Adults who want to understand ballet technique in depth, not just copy steps.
  • Dancers who appreciate individual corrections and hands-on detail.
  • Those looking to build strength, flexibility, and body awareness safely.
  • Anyone who wants a supportive, judgment-free training space.

This is not for:

  • Absolute beginners who have never taken a ballet class before.
  • Dancers looking for casual, drop-in style fitness or a relaxed workshop.
  • Anyone expecting advanced repertoire, pointe work, or performance coaching.
  • Those unwilling to practice ballet etiquette, discipline, and consistent focus.
  • Students resistant to feedback or to slowing down for precision and detail.
